COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Georg Fischer 198811027 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Goss-International product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grove such as the 202B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10169333R0 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WP58778 by Manufacturer Goss-International as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giesecke--Devrient Brand CR90 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Giddings--Lewis such as 5731951520 equipment made by Giddings--Lewis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Giddings--Lewis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Giddings--Lewis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 931032F made by Haas as well as the popular SCP original spares produced by Gleason Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4013440200 by Giddings--Lewis and 5731951520 spares by Giddings--Lewis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1P4860PRD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Halmar. |
